Fredericton Meals on Wheels fundraiser at Dolan’s Pub, April 22nd, 7-10pm hosted by Freddy Mac!
Anyone who has ever been to the annual Meals on Wheels Fredericton fundraiser featuring the Downtown Blues Band at Dolan’s Pub knows what a great time it is, and it’s coming up again soon – on April 22nd. Mark your calendar. The place will be jammed and it will be rockin’, so plan to go early to get a seat.
In addition to the great music and door prizes, there’s our raffle taking place which includes some pretty sweet prizes, including:
· An Air Canada travel voucher for $1000
· Two Ultimate Pass tot hi fall’s Harvest Music Festival
· Two rounds of golf and dinner for 2 at Westhills
· Season Pass to Speedway 660
· Handmade doll and accessories
· $250 in Downtown dollars

In short, it’s a great night out, and the bonus is that all proceeds go to Fredericton Meals on Wheels to help sustain its service of delivering meals every day, seven days a week. Last year, MOW and its volunteer drivers delivered over 100,000 meals, and that number will likely be surpassed this year.
It’s a vital service that helps, among others, seniors who want to continue living in their own homes as long as possible, a timeline that is often extended specifically because of Meals on Wheels.
