Experience a taste of Ukraine in Halifax! The East Coast Ukrainian Festival celebrates Ukrainian culture, community, music, dance and food, with live music and dance performances, traditional Ukrainian food, children’s activities and more. Everyone is welcome!
A fun, family-friendly afternoon for all ages, with opportunities to enjoy Ukrainian culture, try traditional foods, experience live entertainment and learn more about the rich Ukrainian heritage and community in Atlantic Canada.
Live music and dance take centre stage, including a performance by the award-winning Kubasonics, an energetic Ukrainian-Canadian “speed-folk” band from Newfoundland and Labrador.
East Coast Ukrainian Festival — Sunday, September 27, 2026, 12–5 p.m. at Steele Wheels Motor Museum, 66 Otter Lake Ct, Halifax.
Children 12 and under are free, and everyone is welcome. The festival is organized by the East Coast Ukrainian Association with support from the Ukrainian community in Atlantic Canada.
