-Register for the Vancouver Sun Run here (you must pay for your own registration)
-Select an option under "EVA BizFam 10K TEAM Division - Join a Team"
-Under "Team Selection" type in Team MOVE (Nicole Ly)
-In the "access code" section type in LQZGCD
-Then fill out the rest of the information
