The Kidney Wellness Community is a supportive, inclusive network of people who are living with kidney disease, are care partners, family members or health professionals looking to support one another and improve kidney health.
Kidney Wellness Hub is an online platform created by the Kidney Foundation, BC & Yukon Branch (with support from the Government of British Columbia) to support people affected by kidney disease, including patients, care partners, and living donors.
Its mission is to help users improve and maintain their kidney health through holistic, wellness-oriented resources that address physical, mental, and social well-being.
